Key Responsibilities
• Make Recovery / Collection Calls to customers
• Make Pre-EMI Reminder Calls
• Follow up on overdue & NACH return cases
• Maintain customer call records & follow-ups
• Coordinate with Branch/Collection teams
• Update basic reports in MS Excel
Who Can Apply?
✔ Call Center / Telecalling experience required
✔ NBFC / Banking / Collection experience preferred
✔ Good communication & customer-handling skills
✔ Basic MS Excel knowledge
✔ Target-oriented & good follow-up skills
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred
